Liatris Holdings Ltd has submitted an outline planning application for the comprehensive redevelopment of the majority of the Seaton Regeneration Area. The site is allocated in the Local Plan for a quality mixed use development focusing on large scale residential, plus retail, leisure, tourism and community facilities.

The application reflects the requirements of both the adopted Local Plan and the Development Brief; and is an important step towards developing a largely derelict site and kick-starting the regeneration of Seaton.
